⭐⭐⭐½
A drifter discovers a pair of glasses that allow him to see that society is ruled by monstrous aliens. This movie makes an effort to be as artless as it can be: the lead was nationally known pro wrestler, the world through the lenses of the glasses is literally black and white.
There is a six-minute long professional wrestling break in the middle of the movie where Roddy Piper and Keith David fight in an alley. Piper almost never smiles during this movie, but he laughs and smiles during the fight, clearly having fun.
